Love my case, it is absolutely beautiful. My hat was completely smashed and drformed. It should have been pit in a box for better protection. Will have to try to form the hat but its pretty mangled. Would have given a better rating if hat wouldve been packed much better.

He tratado de comunicarme con el vendedor tanto por llamada como por correo electrónico para buscar una solución, pero hasta el momento no he recibido ninguna respuesta. Me gustaría que pudieran enviarme nuevamente mi artículo, pero esta vez en perfecto estado y sin ningún tipo de daño. Espero que puedan responder y solucionar esta situación.

Hat looks exactly as described, packaing was secure. Hat did come with bent maybe could have boxed it instead. But its not damaged. Overall, nice product. Wish delivery could be less lengthy.
